You have time to see some of Seoul, and it is very
easy to get to Seoul from Incheon Airport. You can
easily have four hours in Seoul, really 5-5.5 hours
if you already have your boarding pass for Bangkok,
since being back at the airport one hour ahead is
enough time if you don't have to stand in line to
check in.
