Depending on what time you will arrive/leave, you could spend a lot of
time in traffic between the airport & Seoul. At best during the day,
plan for at least 1 hour of travel time each way, up to 2 hours each
way if you hit weekday rush hour, and possibly 3 hours if you have to
sit through Saturday rush hour back to the airport (although Fri.
nights are probably just as bad now that many companies have moved to
5-day work weeks). Leaving enough time to get through immigration,
you'll have a max of about 4 hours to spend in Seoul.

There is less to do in nearby Incheon, but you can get there in 10-15
minutes, compared to over an hour each way. For more suggestions, see
