Personally I found Phnom Penh one of the least enjoyable cities I've
been to in Asia. I agree that Tuol Sleng and the Memorial are
impressive places to visit (I was in shock for a whole day after
visiting Tuol Sleng) but Phnom Penh itself had nothing going for it.
