hi

i've heard that if you want to travel from thailand to laos and pass the
border in Chong Mek you need a lao visa with a stamp (or written) that you
pass border in Chong Mek.

another thing i've heard is that leaving tahiland you need a stamp from
imigration office and that you wont get it on the border...
i was suggested to take this stamp in Phibun Mangsahan,

can you confirm that or belie ?
