Hi,

I'm looking for information on possible hikes in the Western Ghats, South
India.
We're going to stay there at the end of Jan/early Febr. 2004 in Munnar or
Periyar
Basically I'm trying to find useful info on trails: duration, distance,
sleeping possibilities (on the hikes, eg: camping spots, huts), difficulty,
...
Does anyone know of a good guidebook or maps (scale 1/50.000) of the area?
If you've been there, what are your experiences?
