Hello Prong. I dived with Buddha View sometime back. The people were
really nice and friendly. But I must say, if you like big boat, big
crowd -- Koh Tao is good. There's always party happening around the
corner. I have nothing bad to say about that!
If you like smaller crowd, more personalized service, Pulau Perhentian
in Malaysia is great place to start. Diving costs are among the
cheapest (if not the cheapest) in the region. Check around for price
range. Diving is superb there!
