I agree with you 100%. You have a good understand of how NWA works.
I've done many BZ and 1st class trips paid by my employer and had no
problems with them.
However some grand mother stewardess on economy class are very rude. Their
union affiliation can explain this type of unprofessional behavior. It is
understandable that the Airline can't do a thing about it.
Perhaps we should maintain a black list of their names so that people can
expect the service whenever they meet them.
I've done many international flights on Air Lanka and Singapore Airlines.
NWA grand mothers can learn a lot from them.
I have a feeling that these unprofessional and under educated grand mothers
don't know that most passengers are doing much better than them.
Just because most international passengers don't speak fluent English doesn'
t mean that they do financially poor. Most international passengers on
this routes are much more educated than these grand mothers and that is why
they are not interested in working in a service industry with not much
opportunity for career advancement without the Union.
