Bear in mind that many of your trips will probably require a trip back to
Hong Kong, thereby taking at least a day of travel time (possibly more, if
you have to overnight). Use a site like www.amadeus.net to examine how you
might actually achieve your itinerary on CX flights.
I don't think you can comfortably squeeze all those places in unless you're
trying to just say you've been there. I hate to have to pick one (since
they're all worth visiting), but Singapore is probably the one to drop, as
the experience there will more or less be duplicated by aspects of Hong
Kong, KL, and Mumbai.
