The location isn't great, and not that convenient for anything really.
Its a little too far from the main tourist area of Tsim Sha Tsui to
walk, so you'll need to take transportation to get anywhere. One good
point is that its right next to the Hung Hom ferry pier, so you should
be able to take a ferry to HK Island and a few other places from
there. You should also be able to get a bus to go elsewhere. Busses
are everywhere in Hong Kong and are inexpensive.
