I don't think deparpment stores and cultural spot mix easily, but
perhaps shanghai is different. Ive been to beijing but no shanghai.

recently there's a news about shanghai future, that people are
siphoning underground water and so on, and some folks say 600 years
later shanghai might "sink" into the sea like new orleans. is that
true or only a rumor? if you read that news, who claim that?
