That sounds like the only sensible advice so far.
From the business point of view, Shanghai seem to the the centre for
the car industry and the mobile phone industry. Also from a business
viewpoint, I recently read in 'The Economist' that in high-tech areas,
most profit still gets repatriated to the Western investor. So there's
hope yet for good business!
