The old memorial church (built 1952 - 400th anniversary of the saint's
death) burnt down in 1991 and a brand new church (completed in 1998) has
been built (the modern church in the centre of homepage).
Sunday Mass (in Japanese) at 9.30 am in the Memorial Church. Additionally 7
am and 6 pm in Centre Chapel (also weekdays). There are occasional Masses in
English, often 2 pm Sundays, but you'd better contact the church for
