I am going to sue Trailfinders Posted on: Fri, 18 Jun 2004 10:10:06 +0000 (UTC)

The very same thing happened to me. I was charged nearly €400 for a 7
day green rail pass. I am also appalled at Trailfinders. I am thinking
of suing them or maybe burning the place to the ground

they say

If there is a dispute between us, which cannot be amicably settled, it
shall be
referred to the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators – Irish Branch for
tour operators,in accordance with the Arbitration Acts 1954 and 1980.
Explanatory notes on the arbitration scheme may be obtained from our
Customer Services Manager at 4/5 Dawson Street, Dublin 2.
Alternatively, claims for less than €1270 per booking form may be
pursued through the Small Claims Court. For the avoidance of doubt,
all claims for over €1270 shall be referred to arbitration.
