Yes, roughly 15 Y / km. This is only for highways, the normal roads
are free (except for occasional bridges or tunnels which are rarely
less than 500 Y).

Because of the high toll fees, the normal roads are *very* slow
though. Much traffic, many towns and villages and the traffic lights
are mostly red. Calculate about 40 km/hour , you cannot achieve more.

Then add the parking fees (rarely free parking in towns)...
