Sometime ago, i posted a question here in this forum, asking about how
safe is Bintan Island? thanks for all the suggestions and views that some
of you had contributed. I appreciated that. I went there, finally. Found a
site, that talks about Bintan http://www.bintan-resorts.com
Heh.. i like it, in fact it is not bad. I stayed at the Angsana Hotel,
very nice pool.. beach front. Although the Bintan Resorts area is quite
secluded, but i find it safe on an overall. I went out of the Resorts
area, for a tour, and they even have guard posts there.
I do see lots of Germans, Japanese & koreans there too. So, it is not as
bad as i think. My impression has changed.
try Bintan, guys.
