Forced by who? What's the alternative?

Shanghai is an up and coming international metropolis. HK is not that much
behind.

Mandarin is their language, so is Cantonese. These are Chinese people, and
Chinese is their language.

Moral values? Hong Kong? Please don't make me laugh.

You can cite a number of reasons people in any other cities of the world are
frustrated.

People in Shanghai, for example, are frustrated because cost of living is
spiraling out of control, poor people from the countryside are streaming
into town to look for work, and creating slums and crime, traffic is
impossible, pollution is out of control, and don't talk to me about the
moral standard.
