I made the trip Phnom Penh to Siem Reap in March this year - the price
is still USD25. I'm believe that the road has been hugely improved
between Siem and PoiPet - after my previous experience of this road I
opted to take a boat to Batambang (8 hrs - very low water) and then a
taxi to Poipet (less than 2 hrs - and road was excellent)
