ATM does not work when in Myanmar, in the south of Laos they are not easy to
find as is the case in the countryside of Cambodia. In Myanmar the rate for
euro is bad, if you change euro in US dollar at home and change then in
Myanmar you'll end up with more kyats than when changing euro to kyat
directly.
