With 9hrs before your next departure... i'd say you have 7hrs max to do a
bit of sight seeing w/o spending any time in the hotel for showers or a nap
or a swim etc. Go with the airport organised tour... it might be more
expesive then you going it on your own but at least these tours are
scheduled & run by the airport & they will check to make sure you have
chosen the right tour be it the 4hr or 6hr or whatever duration you choose.
They've had problems with these tours before with passengers going missing
(mainland Chinese nationals going underground & working illegally etc. so
i've been told) & these tours are now strictly & very well organised. You
won't go missing & you'll definitely not miss your outbound flight!
