The "All Asia Pass", but I think it has to originate in North America
and even if you can buy it you could probably get a much better price
by just buying the flights separately.

Can you still cancel your Hong Kong return? I think all you need is an
open-jaw ticket with Thai Air that covers London->Bangkok->Tokyo and
Hong Kong->Bangkok->London with a stopover in Bangkok on one of the
legs, and then just buy a cheap Tokyo->Hong Kong ticket from a Tokyo
travel agent like no1travel.com or statravel.co.jp.
If you're stuck with the Hong Kong return, I think your best bet is to
just do two separate round trips to Tokyo and Bangkok.
