I disagree that the Peace Hotel is "overrated." It's very pleasant. Of
course, if you prefer perfectly-maintained new hotels, it's not for
you. It's a lovely, quaint hotel with really comfortable, spacious
rooms, but there are little bits of evidence of its age. The location
is perfect, too. As for me, I'll take it over modern hotels with
non-opening windows any day.
