A very altruistic, positive, moral, and beneficial poker game has been
going on between the U.S. government and the Japanese government
lately. First the U.S. bet $35 Million. Japan raised it to $40 Million.
Then the U.S. reraised to $350 Million. Finally, Japan raised it up
again to $500 Million.

Should the U.S. reraise once more? If so, by how much? If not, why not?
