what you COULD try doing is putting each dvd movie cd under a music cd
and then you should be able to tightly close the cd jewel case with the
2 cds in there.
Saying this, though, I bought loads of dvds in Vietnam and Thailand 2
years ago and never had any problems leaving or travelling through the
US with them.
Another idea is to maybe get some blank CD stickers (like the ones you
use to label your own cds) and stick them on the DVDs and then write
something like 'Work backup #1' in large marker on the stickers?
