Personally, since Sam Rainsy currently under a lot of duresss has not
called for a boycott , I think it is unjustified.

Cambodia is a basket case and needs
tourism to provide service jobs at the grassroots level.
Many of these jobs are a lifeline for average people.
Taking them away without a lot of thought and clear justification is
would be wrong in my opinion at this time.

Cambodians have suffered a lot and the ones I have meet are gracious
hosts in their country. I am against it.
