Thanks Sandy for info on Cha'Am. The tour which I have in mind is ex Sydney
and has a few days in Bangkok and 3 days in Siem Reap - Angkor temples - and
then 8 days at Cha'Am. It is in September so I am wondering will this time
be high rainfall and subsequently spoil my thoughts of laying on the beach
and enjoying the water. If you have time could you email me on

My past time in Thailand has been April & October in Bangkok and April &
November in Phuket
