Long story short, I've been all over the US on numerous trips, and yes,
there are some very cool things about it. There are also some very bad
things about it but when all is said and done, I'm happier living where I do
right now than I would be living anywhere in the US. And trust me, it's not
an envy thing. Given my line of work and qualifications, I could easily find
work in the states, I've already turned down jobs there because while it's a
very fine country to visit, living there isn't for me.

Just like living somewhere else may not be for you.

But to think that the US is definitively the greatest country in the world
is just plain stupid. It's like saying that one style of music is better
than another. It can't be done. It's subjective.
