Never snorkelled either time I've been to Hua Hin. The Thai boxing is
interesting; sea-food good! night market OK; beach average (watch the
horse-s*it).
It rained heavily last time we were there, and the streets flooded to a
depth of a metre or so - visibility would have been less than optimal!
