If the market price in the UK is £200 a month, you'll probably be
paying at least as much as that in Hong Kong. The £7 you mention is
not the price of the medicine at all, its the UK prescription charge,
which is charged at a flat-rate and unrelated to the actual cost of
what is being prescribed. Since there is no NHS system in Hong Kong
you'll have to pay the full cost of the medicine *and* the cost of
seeing a doctor to issue the prescription.
