No. We are not all guilty. But we are directly associated with
those that are.
Even before WWII, the corporate interests of Britain, France
and the US dictated foreign policy in the third world to the
extent that it existed.
WWII opened a floodgate of opportunities for many industries
and the special interests of international corporations began to
dictate western political decisions. Oil was the fuel that
energized world commerce.
The circa 1947 western foothold in the Palestine known as
the state of Israel, marked the beginning of *expanded* western
interference in the affairs of the middle east and throughout
Asia and Malaysia.
International banking with it's loans and credit became tools of
local manipulation. Direct intervention increased disguised as
wars on communism. Puppet governments led by dictators backed
by the CIA and Washington policy became common.
It was during this time that an interest in Islam began to
increase. Each succeeding generation of natives inherited the
emotional and financial baggage from the previous
and Islam became a uniting force.
Terrorism began in the 1950s and has increased with each
generation. Was this a coincidence?
