My policeman neighbour up the soi says that people this Songkraan have
been mostly very well behaved with very few instances of dangerous
antics. There have been lots of pick up trucks in the sois around the
Ratchadaa Rd. Huay Khwaang, Din Daeng area, some of them have a dozen
or more people in the back plus all their battle gear, in the narrower
sois they stop alongside each other and all water hell breaks loose
:-)) a minute or so later they move on looking for the next skirmish.

Traffic was very quiet round our part of the city early today,
Ratchadaa, Phahonyothin and Laard Praaw Rd's almost deserted earlier
this morning............... It can't last :-)
