Any time is a good time :-)

However, this is the rainy season so weather-wise it is not the best
time. You will likely get storms between the periods of sunshine.
Sea-bathing is potentially dangerous.

It depends what you want to do. It is of course still warm; there are
some top quality hotels; excellent restaurants and plenty of shopping.

For the best weather you need to go December - March.
