I'd be willing to bet that your best deals would be found right in the
United States. When i went to Vietnam I began to suspect that they
were pulling out a price list reserved specifically for Westerners! As
it turns out, they weren't.
Ive heard the same thing from other people, though in the end, it just
seems like there's not much price difference.
