Hello,
On some deicated sites, they say that there will be initially : Airport
Express and direct busses to near destinations like Pattaya from the
building. A free shuttle service to the transport centre from where
everything else starts out.
They state expressly that the high speed traint to town will be for 2007
(some say even later...).
so it looks that as of now you can go to Bangkok either by airport bus,
metered taxi or, if you absolutely want to, limousine.
I think, transport will be a bit rough in the first two months.
This is a lot better than what Paris Charles de Gaulle has to offer :
every 3 months or so, they relocate the shuttle stations AND the
colorscheme of the indicators to them. Every time I come home, I am in a
new airport...
