Hello from Vietnamese, I am glad that you are interested in Vietnam. If
you are non Vietnamese, you are not allowed to buy houses or condo here
in Vietnam if you were Vietnamese Overseas, it is possible, but it
takes time to do paper works. I guess you are investor, why don't you
just go to Vietnam and looking for another way to invest. Vietnam just
opens up the country, there are many oppertunities for you...Nike, Coco
Cola, Intel, City Bank, Adidas, KFC...are all here in Vietnam. Welcome
to Vietnam...
