Yes, I was using it ( they are no more so cheap to use for
Country to country calls.................)

in France, you dial 0800 99 0011 and then you get the AT&T jingle......

Last but not least, they work with mostly all cell phones ( for absolutely
free calls on the cell phone ) ( It costs on the AT & T account ......)

Its ok for calling the US.............Otherwise, countries to countries
costs a lot
