Subject: how easy is 'travelling light' in India? Posted on: Fri, 7 Mar 2008 12:13:21 +0000 (UTC)

I sometimes have short holidays in Europe, and because I really loathe
being weighed down, I always try to take just one small bag - the size
that's allowed as cabin luggage.

But would this approach be feasible on a long-haul holiday to
somewhere like India, lasting more than a month, and where you're
doing a lot of travelling around the country when you get there?

Does anyone here have any experiences of travelling around India with
so little luggage?
