Further to RIVERWALK APARTMENTS I contacted my real estate friend in
Singapore and following is his reply:

Yes, it's overlooking Clark Quay, and the high floors "might" get a
view of the "sea". ;-) ... so does ALL the high floors of Singapore
HDBs facing the sea lah!
It's anything but posh, do a search for Riverwalk Apartments or have a
look

Developer marketed this project with key words like "Clark Quay"
actual address is 20 UPPER CIRCULAR ROAD,
"Ocean View" more like "Singapore River" and I believe I was spot on
in my earlier e mail that this was the project that started off as
office cum residence for "SMALL" operators.
Me thinks Mr. XXXXXX don't know nothing what's Port Out Starboard

Just so happens spoke to a friend in property marketing and mentioned
Riverwalk Apartments, his reaction was "believe it's already about a
20 year old project lah!". There are lots of better places now that
the market is going soft.
So I don't think it's considered an up market property by a long
shot... but then to the owner, the rental agent and Mr. XXXXXX ...
guess it's POSH lah!
