Make sure you stop at Lake St Clair on the way up from Hobart to Strahan
- absolutely beautiful area with lovely walks, but its worth just a stop
to see the views of the lake if thats all you have time for.

You'll go through Queenstown on the way down to Strahan - notice th
landscape, very like the surface of the moon, and unlike nothing else on
the Island, due to excessive mining.
