Subject: Alice to Exmouth through Katherina and Broome in a Campervan during March - April Posted on: Sun, 21 Dec 2003 18:53:44 +0000 (UTC)

I want to hear your knowledgeable opinions to my trip plan,

I want to drive north (after visiting Uluru and around) from Alice
Springs through Matranka - Katherine - Kununurra till Broome and
Exmouth
I plan to do it with a hired campervan (not 4WD).

I plan to stay on the bitumen road most of the time (make some short
trips walks around).
mostly I adraid from the rainfall and floodes.
Is there a chances for road blocks in this region during this period ?
What is the best way to be updated to road and weather conditions
during the ride ?

Also what are the 'must' places to visit on this route.
