Cozumel: Probably your best bet will be Chaankanab (sp?) Lagoon. Nice
park, iguanas, snorkeling, good palapa restaurant.
Roatan: For the best beach and snorkeling, beach restaurants, go way
down south to, uh, (somebody jog my memory) is it West Bay Beach?
Sandy Bay sucks. Heading north, Punta Gorda is interesting as is Oak
Ridge for local culture.
Belize City: Day trip to Lamanai (Altun Ha isn't very impressive), or
up to Mountain Pine Ridge. Xunantunich is also a possibility. Cayo is
beautiful. Lots of nice rivers, caves, waterfalls, the zoo, all kinds
of interesting stuff. Too bad you only have one day.
