thanks Rosalie...your information and the hyperlink you referred to was
helpful and authoritative.

So, the answer is that it IS NOT THE SAME as flying to other US cities since
those flights only require a government-issued picture id, not a proof of
citizenship. Having a Florida driver's license does not mean you are a
citizen of the United States!
