I've heard Puerto Rico is beautiful, but riddled with poverty. My
cousin has a place is Ensenada--a surfing haven. She loves it but
wouldn't really go walking around there at night. And yes, I would
have to brush up on mi espanol.
Any nice areas of Puerto Rico with low poverty/violence/decay ? Also
friednly to white gringos? Thanks.
