Yes, it is indeed, but it's quit hassle-free, as you have to pay to get in,
which keeps the touts out.

River rafting is very touristy as well ;-)
One day ist not much time, othetwise I would recomment to make a trip to
the Blue Mountains, but that's a bit far to go from MoBay. They could go to
Ocho Rios and see some of the waterfalls, or go to the nice Botanical
Gardes in Ochi (not touristy at all). There ist also a nice farm/plantation
near Ocho Rios, where you can ride through the plantation on horseback.
It's called "Prospect Plantation" IIRC. I've been there and really enjoyed
it. That's about 90 Minutes to drive from MoBay.
