As I posted, you can get to a nearly deserted part of Orient just to the
left of L'Esmeralda facing the water - past the very large rock/hill. Beach
is just as good and much wider than where most of the restaurants are
located. A few minutes' walk will get you to the restaurants.

Take you swimming shoes as there are very sharp pebbles at the edge of the
water (broken coral). Plan on exiting the water a different place than you
enter because of the current (right to left, facing out).

It was very busy when I was there last January. I'd guess many of the
people were from cruise ships.
