Can't talk much for Grenada, but have been to Tortola. It's a pretty sleepy
island, big tourist attractions are the central mountain, Mt. Sage, the
Botannical Garden in town, which is really lovely, and the bar where they
sometimes serve hallucinogenic drugs.

But it is wonderfully positioned to visit the US and British Virgin Islands.
You can take a day trip to Tortola and visit the Baths via ferry, or to St.
John. If you charter a boat, you can visit places like Norman Island, and
Anegada (sp?) and many others.
