It's like you have to run the gauntlet of prostitutes, drug dealers, and
hustlers for years before you can relax and have a good time. Sorry, no
thanks--there are plenty other places where you can relax from the moment
you get off the plane.

Proctor, of course they're going to be nice to you; you've been going
regularly for almost 20 years. But what about the newbie? It's not just
their attitude--who wants to deal with all that hassle if they have a
choice?
