We flew from Jamaica to Havana a few years ago. We were staying
in Kingston, but the flight went via Montego Bay on the way out.
(Air Jamaica, Kingston->M'Bay->Havana->Kingston). Price wasn't
too bad as I recall between $100 and $200, doesn't return directly
to M'Bay. If you're staying only a couple of nights, pick a nice
hotel in Havana and stay there.
