A group of us is going to Santo Domingo in February for thre Serie del
Caribe (Caribbean World Series). It's our first visit to the
Dominican Republic. Can we expect a lot of rain that time of year? Can
we rely on public transportation, or should be plan on renting a car
to get around? (we'll be there a week). Are there any must-sees,
must-dos, must-avoids?
