If they are rich maybe they should talk to Jimmy Buffett. He opened a
restaurant "Autour des Roches" more then ten years ago. All the
beautiful people and musicians like Eric Clapton came. It was one big
party but it wasn't financially viable. It mysteriously burned down one
night.

Jimmy learned from that experience and did much more successfully with
the Margaritaville Cafe franchise.
