We where there in Nov. No
problem at all with U.S.dollars. Just make sure that you carry a whole
bunch of $1 though. These are nessacerey for some of the toilets you may
visit in need. Also there is a lot of begging as well. I carried two or
three hundred all the time with no problem But dont forget the one,s.
We
went in stores with Visa M/C etc displayed on there doors but they would
not accept them. They told us we had to go to the bank. Very confusing
but there again that is Cuba.
